Massage Therapy Student Resources
I have been teaching the Massage Therapy program at Stark State College in Canton, Ohio since 1999. As a resource for students, I recorded many of the techniques and routines taught in the course. I've found that my patients, colleagues and people from around the world have subscribed to my YouTube Channel to learn from this free resource.
I invite you to take advantage of these videos, wether you are a non-professional looking for a way to treat shoulder pain, a massage therapy student wanting to review, or a professional exploring other perspectives on techniques.
I hope my teaching provides useful information for you, whatever your needs.
Forty years ago, people like me were labeled "health nuts". It was not a compliment back then. I've been taking vitamins and herbs, exercising, and exploring ancient and modern methods of natural healing since 1972.
It's rewarding to see how my early habits have gained mainstream acceptance. It's from this long term perspective that I engage in the practice of acupuncture and massage therapy.
The first 1/2 of my career focused on music education with healing arts being secondary. In 1991, I shifted my focus to healing arts as a profession. I engage in this practice as an art as well as a science. Staying open to the dynamic elements of healing is a daily challenge and joy for me.
